4. Regular Plan & Commission Disclosure
Mutual fund investments distributed through Finguide Buddy are generally made through Regular Plans of the respective mutual fund schemes, unless otherwise specifically stated.
Regular Plans involve distribution expenses, including trail commission paid by the respective Asset Management Company (AMC) to the distributor, as permitted under the applicable regulatory framework.
Direct Plans are also available to investors and generally have a lower expense ratio because they do not include distributor commission.

5. Commission Received
Finguide Buddy receives trail commission from Asset Management Companies (AMCs) for distribution of mutual fund schemes under Regular Plans.
- Commission is paid by the AMC and is not separately charged directly to the investor by Finguide Buddy.
- Applicable distributor commission forms part of the expenses of the scheme, subject to the applicable regulatory framework.
- The commission structure may vary depending on the mutual fund scheme and applicable regulations.

6. Insurance Products
Insurance products, if distributed through Finguide Buddy, are subject to the terms, conditions, exclusions and provisions of the respective insurance policy.

7. Fixed Income, Bonds & Other Products
Fixed-income products such as bonds, NCDs and corporate fixed deposits may carry various risks, including credit risk, interest-rate risk, liquidity risk and market risk, depending on the product.
